Article 1. Subject Matter
The purpose of these GTCs is to establish the general terms and conditions of sale for the products offered by the Seller to consumers (hereinafter, "the Customers").
Article 2. Acceptance of the GTCs
By placing an order on the Seller's website, the Customer accepts the GTCs without reservation. The GTCs can be consulted and downloaded at any time on the Seller's website.
Article 3. Orders
Orders are placed through the Seller's website. The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, the Customer must proceed to validate the order and provide the shipping and payment details.
Article 4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. The total price of the order, including shipping costs, is indicated to the Customer before the order is validated.

Article 6. Shipping
Except as provided in the tariff conditions, shipping is invoiced to the customer, with a variable cost depending on the items purchased. The goods always travel at the expense and risk of the buyer. In cases where, due to the absence of the buyer at the place of delivery specified in the purchase process, a second delivery may generate additional costs, such costs will be borne by the buyer, always remaining available the possibility that the customer can collect their package at the transport company.
If you notice any damage or dents upon receipt of the package, please state this when signing. Any damage to the goods due to transport can be claimed within 24 hours after receipt. After this period, such claims will not be accepted.
Article 7. Delivery
The delivery time of orders may vary depending on the destination, please consult the shipping section for more information. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition.
Article 8. Returns
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt, unless there is a prior agreement. Returns of products not available in stock at the time of purchase and specifically requested from the supplier will also not be accepted. Products installed briefly will not be returned. Electronic/mechanical items without visual inspection will not be returned. Returns must be requested by email, with invoice, in perfect condition and original packaging. Customer errors will not be refunded for shipping or returns. If a product is discontinued, the buyer may request a refund and cancellation of the order.
Article 9. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days without having to justify their decision. The Customer must notify the Seller of their intention to withdraw by email. The return costs will be borne by the Customer.
Article 10. Warranty
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Parts with a certificate of origin are subject to the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Labor costs related to the replacement of returned parts will be considered the responsibility of our supplier, if they are accepted by them. All travel expenses, labor costs for maintenance operations, all expenses caused by a breakdown or defect attributable to improper use by the end user with respect to the supplier's recommendations are excluded.

The Seller shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the products.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTCs at any time. The modified GTCs will come into effect from their publication on the Seller's website.
